- Customer Service: When you use UClear, if you need to submit a complaint, inquiry or appeal, we may collect your name, mobile phone number, email and other valid contact information to facilitate communication with you and solve the problem. If you refuse to provide the above information, we may not be able to provide you with timely feedback on the relevant processing results.
- Network environment optimization: We may also collect your network operator and type, network type, and WIFI name to help you save network traffic during the advertising push process. For example, when we detect that you are in a WIFI environment, we may directly play video advertising content for you; when we detect that you are in an environment with no network or weak mobile network, we will only push advertising content that you have cached locally.
- Product security maintenance and troubleshooting: To ensure stable service operation, protect account security, troubleshoot system failures and optimize services, we will collect IMEI, device model, login IP address and operation log information. This information is necessary data for providing services and will be immediately de-identified after collection and will not be used to identify specific users.
- Sharing function support: If you share to a third-party platform through UClear, we will read your application list information to determine whether the third-party platform exists in order to achieve the sharing purpose.

In principle, we will not charge any fees for your reasonable requests mentioned above.
